1. Who we are
Robelyn Rent Car is a vehicle rental company located on Av. Víctor Manuel Espaillat, across from Cibao Airport, Santiago, Dominican Republic.
2. What data we receive
When you contact us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email, we only receive what you send: your name, your number, your dates and the vehicle you are interested in. If you fill out the customer registration with the link we send you, we receive your name, ID or passport number, date of birth, address, phone, email and photos of your ID and driver’s license.
3. How we protect it
Registration data is kept in a private system that only our staff can access with a username and password. Photos of your documents are not public: they can only be viewed inside that system.
4. How we use it
We use that data only to answer your request, quote and manage your booking. We do not sell it or share it with third parties for marketing.
5. Rental documents
When renting we will ask for your driver’s license and ID. We keep them only as long as the contract and applicable legal obligations require.
6. Third-party services
The WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and Google Maps buttons open those services, which have their own privacy policies.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data by writing to robelynguzman0922@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at (809) 856-8177.
